Janette Vidal was born New Jersey in Elizabeth and moved to Miami, Florida at the age of 1. Janette comes from a background of over 25 years in real estate and brings vast knowledge and negotiating skills to bear when working with her real estate clients.

Janette Vidal attended Miami Dade College and earned an associates in Science. Janette attended Florida International University’s business administration curriculum which gives her a unique insight on how to negotiate properties, and find the best opportunities for her clients.

Janette Vidal has completed a Lean six sigma certification that helps her identify risks, errors or defects in business processes and removing them. Janette has over 25 plus years of real-life experience in sales and marketing that make her uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers.

Janette Vidal first entered the Real Estate world in 1995 in order to help her community maximize the sale of their home or get that family their perfect home and hasn’t looked back.

Janette Vidal lives with her Fiancé and 2 kids in Fairview North Carolina. In her free time, she likes to volunteer in her community, Run or cycle through the various beautiful trails in Asheville and surrounding areas.
